The Metaverse is in need of digital real estate developers urgently
With the large increasing market of digital real estate after the rising of the Metaverse word on mainstream, we see a huge sea of opportunities.
We are seeing plots of land, selling for huge amounts of money in Sandbox, Decentraland and others.
A single 1x1 plot of LAND is 96 metres in width by 96 metres in length, making it a perfect square. They are also 128 metres in height. In The Sandbox’s metaverse, 1 metre is the equivalent of 32x32x32 voxels.
$ per voxel is going to be the next $ square feet.
Thinking that we are dealing with a space that you can buy and build anything that you want, It’s exactly like in “real” life, but better.
The law of physics does not apply here, you can build your world of your own, put your colors and everything that you can possibly imagine, can be built in the metaverse.
Now imagine such boring companies like that on the Forbes lists, can you picture them being innovative and building something that we never ever imagined before as a digital real estate development? I don’t think so…
The market is in huge demand for creators that have a business mindset or background, in order to be the biggest real estate developer in the metaverse.
